Colin is fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about him. My family was in a complicated situation, both our parents passed away in a short period of time and we had to deal with the estate quickly. I had a family member living in the house that was ill and resistant to the sale. Colin was so diplomatic and calm and kind that the family member was won over in a matter of minutes of meeting him. It was a difficult situation that Colin difused immediately, and he manuevered the escrow period brilliantly. Every step of the way, he went above and beyond the call of duty (even finding the family member a new place to live and handling the application process without charge).
